摘要
针对注塑工艺过程监控与优化问题,提出一种基于电声传感技术的智能监控优化系统.该系统采用压力传感器和红外热像仪实时采集注塑过程数据,运用小波分析和机器学习算法进行异常检测,通过深度学习与强化学习相结合的方式实现工艺参数的智能优化.实验结果表明,该系统在异常检测准确率、响应速度、产品质量等方面均取得显著改善.
Abstract
For the problem of process monitoring and optimization in injection molding,a smart monitoring and optimization system based on acoustic sensing technology is proposed.It uses pressure sensors and infrared thermal imaging to collect data in real-time.Wavelet analysis and machine learning detect anomalies.Deep learning and reinforcement learning optimize process parameters.Tests show the system improves detection accuracy,response speed,and product quality.
