不同工况下涡旋压缩机噪声特性与降噪机理研究

为探究不同工况下涡旋压缩机噪声特性与降噪机理,利用试验压缩机组与相关仪器设备,集成BK3560C数据采集卡、传声器,采集不同转速、不同温度下涡旋压缩机运行过程中的噪声.结果显示,当涡旋压缩机转速为 30、70、110 r·s-1 时,噪声声压范围为±0.03、±0.30、±0.50 Pa.同时,中温、低温环境下的声压级相差较小,但中温测试环境下的压缩机噪声声压级略高于低温环境下的压缩机声压级.为降低机械噪声,可以在适当降低压缩机转速的前提下,增加机械结构之间的润滑度.此外,可以选用热膨胀系数小、耐高温的材料制造压缩机关键部件,以减少因温度变化引起的配合间隙变化和摩擦噪声.
Research on Noise Characteristics and Noise Reduction Mechanism of Scroll Compressor Under Different Working Conditions
In order to explore the noise characteristics and noise reduction mechanism of scroll compressor under different working conditions,the experimental compressor unit and related instruments and equipment were used to integrate BK3560C data acquisition card and microphone to collect the noise during the operation of scroll compressor at different speeds and temperatures.The results show that when the rotating speed of scroll compressor is 30,70 and 110 r·s-1,the noise pressure ranges are±0.03,±0.30 and±0.50 Pa.At the same time,there is little difference in sound pressure level between the medium temperature and the low temperature,but the compressor noise sound pressure level in the medium temperature test environment is slightly higher than that in the low temperature environment.In order to reduce mechanical noise,the lubrication degree between mechanical structures can be increased on the premise of properly reducing the compressor speed.In addition,materials with low thermal expansion coefficient and high temperature resistance can be selected to manufacture the key components of the compressor,so as to reduce the change of fit clearance and friction noise caused by temperature change.
