研究一种基于声音识别的煤矿采煤掘进机传动故障处理方法(Sound Recognition-based Fault Diagnosis Method for Coal Mining Roadheader Transmission,SR-FDCMRT).该方法通过采集和分析掘进机传动系统的声音信号,利用声音特征提取和模式识别技术,实现对传动故障的自动诊断和处理.实验结果表明,该方法对齿轮磨损、轴承磨损、链条断裂、润滑不良及轴偏斜等常见故障类型具有较高的诊断准确率和实时响应能力.
Sound Recognition-Based Fault Diagnosis Technique for Gear Drives in Coal Mining Roadheaders
The paper studies a Sound Recognition-based Fault Diagnosis Method for Coal Mining Roadheader Transmission(SR-FDCMRT).By collecting and analyzing the sound signal of the transmission system of the roadheader,this method realizes the automatic diagnosis and treatment of the transmission fault by using the technology of sound feature extraction and pattern recognition.Tests show it accurately and quickly finds common faults like gear wear,bearing wear,chain breaks,poor lubrication,and shaft misalignment.
