Application Analysis of False Load in the Maintenance of 10 kW DAM Medium Wave Broadcast Transmitter Faults
In the field of modern broadcast communication, the 10 kW Digital Amplitude Modulation(DAM)medium wave broadcast transmitter,as one of the core devices, undertakes the task of efficient transmission of broadcast signals. However, due to long-term continuous operation and complex working environment, this kind of transmitter may have various faults, such as power amplifier fault, matching network fault,RF component fault and antenna network impedance. In order to ensure the stable and reliable operation of the transmitter, effective maintenance strategies must be adopted.Among them, dummy load,as an important testing tool, plays an irreplaceable role in fault diagnosis, performance debugging and optimization. This paper focuses on the application of dummy load in the fault maintenance of 10 kW DAM medium wave broadcast transmitter.By simulating the application scenarios such as load test, power output verification, fault diagnosis and analysis,it shows how dummy load can help engineers accurately locate faults, verify transmitter performance, and make necessary debugging and optimization,so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance and ensure the transmitter to run stably and reliably.
