基于机器学习的音频信号处理系统设计

针对音频信号处理中的智能化需求,提出一种基于机器学习的音频信号处理系统.该系统采用三层架构,分别实现音频特征提取、机器学习模型训练、音频处理策略优化.在TIMIT语音数据集上进行语音识别实验,结果表明设计的系统在音素错误率和实时性方面均取得了良好表现,并具有一定的噪声健壮性.
Design of Audio Signal Processing System Based on Machine Learning
Aiming at the intelligent demand in audio signal processing,an audio signal processing system based on machine learning is proposed.The system adopts three-tier architecture,which realizes audio feature extraction,machine learning model training and audio processing strategy optimization respectively.The speech recognition experiment is carried out on TIMIT speech data set,and the results show that the designed system has achieved good performance in phoneme error rate and real-time performance,and has certain noise robustness.
