摘要
针对埋地钢制管道的腐蚀问题,提出一种基于超声波检测技术的动态阴极保护系统.该系统通过定期发射超声波脉冲,实时监测管道的腐蚀状况,结合智能调控技术动态调整保护电流.实验结果表明,该系统有效降低了管道的平均腐蚀速率,优化了能耗.该系统在提升防腐效果的同时,提高了资源利用效率,展现出良好的工程应用前景.
Abstract
Aiming at the corrosion problem of buried steel pipeline,a dynamic cathodic protection system based on ultrasonic detection technology is proposed.The system can monitor the corrosion status of pipelines in real time by emitting ultrasonic pulses regularly,and dynamically adjust the protection current by combining with intelligent control technology.The experimental results show that the system effectively reduces the average corrosion rate of pipelines and optimizes energy consumption.The system not only improves the anti-corrosion effect,but also improves the efficiency of resource utilization,showing a good engineering application prospect.
