Uncertainty Analysis of Target Echo Strength Measurement
Firstly,this paper introduces two classical methods for measuring the echo intensity of underwater targets,direct measurement and echo forwarding measurement,and emphatically analyzes their principles.Secondly,the measurement uncertainty of these two measurement methods is analyzed,including measurement method error and accidental error.Finally,the factors influencing the uncertainty of target intensity measurement are evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation experiment and sound field simulation,and it is confirmed that the range of accidental error caused by multipath effect is less than 2 dB,which provides some reference for practical engineering application.
