提出一种基于声音增强技术的液压支架缸体漏液检测方法.通过采集和处理泄漏声音信号,采用小波变换、盲源分离、自适应增益控制等技术实现高精度的漏液识别与定位.实验结果表明,该方法在提高信噪比、检测准确率、定位精度方面表现优异,能够有效保障煤矿液压支架的安全运行.
Detection Method for Hydraulic Support Cylinder Leakage Based On Sound Enhancement Technology
A detection method of hydraulic support cylinder leakage based on sound enhancement technology is proposed.By collecting and processing the leaked sound signal,high-precision leakage identification and location are realized by using wavelet transform,blind source separation,adaptive gain control and other technologies.The experimental results show that this method is excellent in improving signal-to-noise ratio,detection accuracy and positioning accuracy,and can effectively ensure the safe operation of coal mine hydraulic support.
