摘要
随着人工智能(Artificial Intelligence,AI)技术的快速发展,AI语音技术已成为医疗信息化建设的重要部分.重点探讨AI语音技术在医院智能导诊中的作用,包括初步症状收集和分诊、医疗信息查询和咨询以及智能预约和导航.实验结果显示,AI语音技术在医院智能导诊中取得了较好的应用效果,验证了相关方案的有效性和实用性.
Abstract
With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology,AI voice technology has become an important part of medical information construction.This paper focuses on the role of AI voice technology in hospital intelligent guidance,including initial symptom collection and triage,medical information inquiry and consultation,and intelligent appointment and navigation.The experimental results show that AI voice technology has achieved good application effect in hospital intelligent guidance,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the related scheme.
