外文摘要：With the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology,AI voice technology has become an important part of medical information construction.This paper focuses on the role of AI voice technology in hospital intelligent guidance,including initial symptom collection and triage,medical information inquiry and consultation,and intelligent appointment and navigation.The experimental results show that AI voice technology has achieved good application effect in hospital intelligent guidance,which verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the related scheme.
