声发射技术作为一种动态无损检测手段,能够实时捕获金属矿床开采过程中围岩损伤和破裂的声发射信号,为评价围岩稳定性提供重要依据.研究一种基于声发射的金属矿床采掘围岩失稳状态监测方法(Acoustic Emission-based Monitoring System,AE-MS),通过声发射信号预处理、声源定位、事件特征提取及模式识别等关键技术,实现围岩失稳状态的实时动态监测与预警.
Based on Acoustic Emission Technology for Monitoring the Instability State of Surrounding Rock During Metal Deposit Excavation
As a dynamic non-destructive testing method,acoustic emission technology can capture the acoustic emission signals of surrounding rock damage and fracture in the mining process of metal deposits in real time,which provides an important basis for evaluating the stability of surrounding rock.An Acoustic Emission-based Monitoring System(AE-MS)for the instability state of surrounding rock in metal deposit mining was studied.Key technologies such as Acoustic Emission signal preprocessing,sound source location,event feature extraction and pattern recognition were adopted.The real-time dynamic monitoring and early warning of the instability state of surrounding rock are realized.
