基于多参数声音检测的卷烟成品质量控制系统

设计了一种基于多参数声音检测的卷烟成品质量控制系统,通过声音采集、特征提取、质量判断以及控制反馈4个模块,实现了对卷烟质量的实时、精准检测.系统利用短时傅里叶变换(Short-Time Fourier Transform,STFT)和小波变换提取声音信号的多维特征,结合支持向量机(Support Vector Machine,SVM)分类器判断卷烟质量,并通过闭环反馈剔除异常产品.仿真测试结果表明,系统的检测准确率接近100%,具备高效性和健壮性,为卷烟质量控制提供了创新的技术方案.
Cigarette Quality Control System Based on Multi-parameter Sound Detection
A quality control system of cigarette products based on multi-parameter sound detection is designed.Through four modules:sound collection,feature extraction,quality judgment and control feedback,real-time and accurate detection of cigarette quality is realized.The system uses Short-Time Fourier Transform(STFT)and wavelet transform to extract multi-dimensional features of sound signals,and combines with Support Vector Machine(SVM)classifier to judge cigarette quality,and rejects abnormal products through closed-loop feedback.The simulation test results show that the detection accuracy of the system is close to 100%,and it is efficient and robust,which provides an innovative technical scheme for cigarette quality control.
