Research on Vibration Valve of Gas Water Heater Based on Pneumatic Noise Principle
This article focuses on the vibration problem of gas proportional valves in gas water heaters, which involves sudden changes in output pressure, valve body vibration, and special noise.Based on the principle of aerodynamic noise, the vibration valve mechanism is speculated and a vibration valve test system is established to verify the influence of the internal flow channel structure of the gas proportional valve and the flow channel area of the jet pipe on the vibration valve.Perform internal flow field simulation calculations on structures such as gas proportional valves and distribution pipes, and obtain internal velocity flow field distribution cloud maps and vorticity maps. From an experimental and theoretical perspective, the main factors causing gas proportional valve vibration are the small opening of the valve and the small outlet area of the jet pipe, which cause airflow oscillation and impact on the valve body.Technical directions for improving the condition of the vibration valve are proposed, providing corresponding references for solving vibration valve problems in the future.
