Quality Risks and Control of Safety Testing for Household Gas Appliances
Since the National Certification and Accreditation Administration included household gas appliance products in the mandatory product certification catalog in 2019,various electrical product testing institutions have paid attention to the changes in the CCC certification catalog and built gas appliance product testing laboratories.However,many newly established gas appliance testing laboratories have not noticed that the testing details of many parameters in the relevant testing standards for gas appliance products are not detailed enough,If the testing personnel lack testing experience or relevant work instructions for reference,it is easy for the test results to deviate,leading to quality risks in the testing.This article summarizes the experience of multiple senior testing engineers for gas appliance products,analyzes common quality risk points in gas appliance product testing,and proposes avoidance measures to help relevant testing laboratories effectively control the quality risks of testing results.
