改进型PID算法在磁悬浮控制系统中的应用

本文针对常规PID算法在磁悬浮控制系统应用中的不足,在比例、积分和微分等控制环节进行优化改进,提出一种改进型PID算法,并在搭建的仿真模型和实际应用中,对比分析常规PID磁悬浮控制策略与改进型PID控制策略对控制系统性能的影响.结果表明,基于改进型PID控制策略的控制系统响应的速度更快、超调量更小、控制悬浮精度高.
Application of Improved PID Algorithm in Magnetic Levitation Control System
Aiming at the deficiency of conventional PID algorithm in the application of magnetic levitation control system,this paper optimizes and improves the control links such as proportion,integral and differential,and proposes an improved PID algorithm.In the simulation model and practical application,the influence of conventional PID magnetic levitation control strategy and improved PID control strategy on the performance of the control system is compared and analyzed.The results show that the control system based on the improved PID control strategy has faster response speed,smaller overshoot and high control precision.
