随着现代科技的不断进步,各类家用线缆,包括电线电缆等,都在朝多元化的方向发展.用户在选择线缆时,主要考虑的是其安全性和舒适性.为了确保用户的电力安全和使用舒适度,国家制定了许多相应的检测标准.例如,GB/T 5023.1-2008 标准规定了,额定电压在450 V 或者750 V 及以下聚氯乙烯绝缘电缆的一般要求,GB/T 2951.11-2008 标准则规定了电缆和护套材料等的通用试验方法:如厚度和外形尺寸、机械性能试验等.随着标准中规定的检测项目的增多,出现问题的概率也会相应增加.目前,电线电缆的抗张强度和断裂伸长率测试是最常出现问题的部分.这个测试受到许多因素的影响,如温湿度环境、取样手法、制样方法和检测设备等.为了避免这些因素对最终测试结果的影响,本文将对相关的电线制样方法进行规范研究.
Analysis of Influence on Wire Sample Preparation Method
With the continuous progress of modern technology,Various types of household cables,including wires and cables,are deVeloping in a diVersified direction.When selecting cables,users mainly consider their safety and comfort.In order to ensure the safety and comfort of users'electricity,the country has formulated many corresponding testing standards.For example,The standard GB/T 5023.1-2008 specifies the general requirements for polyvinyl chloride insulated cables with rated voltages up to and including 450 V,the standard GB/T 2951.11-2008 specifies general test methods for cable and sheath materials,such as thickness and profile dimensions,mechanical properties,etc.As the number of testing items specified in the standard increases,the probability of problems also increases accordingly.At present,the testing of tensile strength and elongation at break of wires and cables is the most commonly problematic part.This test is influenced by many factors,such as temperature and humidity enVironment,sampling method,sample preparation method,and testing equipment.In order to avoid the influence of these factors on the final test results,this paper will study the related wire sample preparation methods.
