Research on Noise Reduction of Gas Water Heater Circulating Water Pump
In order to reduce the noise of the circulating water pump in zero cold water gas water heaters,this article first studies the influence of braided pipes on pipeline vibration and waterway vibration.The study found that braided pipe water pump vibration has a good weakening effect;Secondly,design a combined noise reduction scheme consisting of a multi bend pipeline and an impedance composite muffler.By installing the combined noise reduction scheme on a gas water heater for noise testing,it was found that the pipeline scheme can reduce the overall noise of the water pump during operation from 51.8 dB(A)to 38.5 dB(A)without affecting the circulating flow rate,effectively reducing the transmission of vibration from the water pump to the water tank,So as to reduce the overall noise generated by the water pump during operation.
