The Research and Application of the Automatic Installation of Steel Ball for the Plane Bearing of a Household Electrical Appliance
In order to improve the assembly efficiency of bearing steel ball and reduce the working intensity of employees,this paper designs a single station automatic assembly device on the basis of analyzing the action steps of bearing steel ball assembly.Through the design of automatic assembly bearing ball device,automatic feeding device,PLC logic control circuit,so that each part of the device closely cooperate,and then realize the bearing automatic assembly ball function.
