Lightweight Design of Outer Drum Flange of Washing Machine Based on Strength Analysis and Topology Optimization
Taking the outer drum flanges of drum washing machine as the object,the structural lightweight design of outer drum flanges is carried out by strength analysis and topology optimization.The optimized outer drum flanges reduce the weight by 6.43%without reducing the strength of the flanges,realizing the lightweight goal of the outer drum flanges structure,and providing a reference for the structural lightweight design of parts.
