微特电机全自动端盖油封压装设备的开发设计

根据微特电机的结构与特点,开发了一台用于全自动端盖油封压装设备.结合现有人工压装情况,分析人工压装缺点与效率无法提升的根本原因,通过自动化设备中多工位同时运行的优势,将生产效率提升至人工的 237.4%;压装过程中新增的位移/压力数据实时保存系统,作为油封压装是否合格的评判依据,在实际生产上,取得了很好的效果.同时,文章深入分析了自动供料技术在装配自动化行业中的应用,致力于通过各类自动供料技术的具体应用,减少装配行业中的人工成本,提高单位产量.
Development and Design of Fully Automatic End Cap and Oil Seal Assembly Equipment for Micro Special Motors
According to the structure and characteristics of Micro-motor,a device for Automatic-oil sealing and pressing is developed.Combined with the current situation of artificial pressure mounting,the paper analyzes the root cause of the defects and the inefficiency of artificial pressure mounting.Through the advantages of multi-station simultaneous operation in automation equipment,the production efficiency is increased to 237.4%of the manual work.The real-time storage system of displacement/pressure data added in the process of oil sealing is used as the evaluation basis for whether the oil sealing is qualified.In actual production,good results have been obtained.At the same time,this paper deeply analyzes the application of automatic feeding technology in the assembly automation industry,aiming to reduce the labor cost in the assembly industry and increase the output per unit through the specific application of various automatic feeding technologies.
