Simulation of Mechanical Properties of Harmonic Flexible Wheels in Tobacco Industry
Due to its precision transmission characteristics,harmonic reducers are widely used in precision daily electrical appliance manufacturing,robots and other fields.In this paper,the key technology of harmonic reducer at the joint of the manipulator in the storage of tobacco products is taken as the starting point,and the mechanical properties of the harmonic flexible wheel of the manipulator wearing parts are simulated.The harmonic reducer was modeled in 3D by SOLIDWORKS software,and the whole process of the harmonic reducer from assembly to work was simulated based on the joint simulation of ANSYS and HyperMesh,and the deformation and stress of the harmonic reducer in the whole process were solved.Taking each section of the flexible wheel as the analysis object,the vulnerable points of the flexible wheel were found based on the deformation curve,stress distribution curve and deformation contour diagram.According to the deformation analysis,the improved design parameters of the wave generator,the flexible wheel barrel and the gear teeth are obtained,and the meshing transmission performance of the harmonic reducer is further improved.
