Development and Application of Electrolytic Module
Through elemental analysis,the electrodes are mainly coated with ruthenium and iridium oxides,and some electrodeproducts contain precious metal platinum.Using MiniTab software,the electrolytic performances of the electrolytic modules were analyzed by DOE experimental designs.By fitting the regression mode4ls,the regression equations of effective chlorine concentration were obtained,and the R-sq(adjusted)were 95.83%,meaning the fitting degree of the established models was good.For water sterilization,the sterilization rate of E.coli can reach above 99.9%within 1 min,when the effective chlorine concentration is greater than 0.35 mg/L.For the sterilization of ceramic surface,the sterilization rates are effected by the effective chlorineconcentration,the amount of electrolytic water and the acting time.It is necessary to ensure that there is enough effective chlorine(C*V)in the electrolytic water to interact with bacteria.When the total amount of effective chlorine is low,prolonging the acting time can improve the sterilization effect.For self-made electrolytic water humidifier,the surface bactericidal rate is low,and the bactericidal rate of electrolytic water mist on cloth(55%)is slightly higher than that on ceramic surface(27%).
