Approach on Reliability Statistical Test Method of Household Appliances
This paper discusses the problems existing in the current reliability evaluation of household appliances using the general method of industrial products.Because there are many factors to be considered,the formulation process of the evaluation scheme is more complicated,which is not conducive to the promotion and application at this stage.The management characteristics of the reliability of household appliances are analyzed.Aiming at the characteristics of high reliability,long life,no maintenance and mass production,a simplified method for the reliability evaluation of household appliances is proposed.On the basis of the assumption that the life distribution obeys the exponential distribution,the timing truncation scheme is adopted,and the reliability test scheme with the acceptance failure number of 1 and the confidence level of 90%is specified.The complete statistical test scheme can be determined by simple calculation.
