四通阀是制冷设备的核心部件,其可靠性直接影响产品的使用寿命.本文针对四通阀S接管的开裂失效样件,通过金相分析、材料成分测试、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法,结合相关文献对S接管喇叭口发生开裂的原因及机理进行深入分析,得出S接管的开裂失效机理为"铜脆",并提出相应的解决措施.
Austenitic Stainless Steel Four-Way Valve S Receiver Cracking Failure Analysis and Countermeasures
Four-way valve is the core component of refrigeration equipment,and its reliability directly affects the service life of the product.This paper focuses on the cracking failure sample of the S receiver of the four-way valve,through metallographic analysis,material composition testing,scanning electron microscopy,and energy spectrum analysis,combined with relevant literature on the causes and mechanisms of cracking of the S receiver flare,and concludes that the cracking failure mechanism of the S receiver is"copper brittleness"and puts forward the corresponding solution measures.
