现有的电风扇风量与能效测试系统在电风扇位置调整时,需要操作人员手动调整,工作繁琐费时,人为误差大,并且准确性也不高,这就直接影响到了测试运转效率和测试精度.本文旨在探索出一套基于机器视觉的全自动智能电风扇位置调整系统,满足电风扇风量测试的需求.该系统能自动运行,速度快捷,调整精度高,无需人工参与,没有人为误差,可以有效提高整个风量测试一致性、重复性及准确性.
Exploration of Automatic Position Adjustment System for Electric Fan Energy Efficiency Based on Binocular Machine Vision System
When the existing electric fan air volume and energy efficiency test system adjusts the position of the electric fan,it still needs manual adjustment by the operator,which is tedious and time-consuming,and the human error is large,and the accuracy is not high,which directly affects the test operation efficiency and test accuracy.This paper aims to explore a set of automatic intelligent electric fan position adjustment system based on machine vision to meet the needs of fan air volume testing.The system can run automatically,fast speed,high adjustment accuracy,no manual participation,no human error,can effectively improve the consistency,repeatability and accuracy of the entire air volume test.
