Digitalization of Big Data Technology in Refrigeration
With the continuous development of the information age,big data technology has gradually become one of the engines to promote innovation in various industries.This paper focuses on the digital application of big data technology in the field of refrigeration,and in-depth study of its potential value in improving the performance of refrigeration systems,reducing energy consumption,optimizing operation and maintenance management.First,by collecting,storing and processing the massive data generated by the refrigeration system,it realizes real-time monitoring and analysis of the system's operating status,thus improving the system's response speed and stability.Secondly,the application of big data technology in predictive maintenance,through the analysis of historical data and trends,can realize the early warning of equipment failure,minimize downtime and improve the reliability of the refrigeration system.In addition,through big data analysis,we are able to gain a deeper understanding of user needs and environmental changes,so as to optimize the operation mode of the refrigeration system,reduce energy consumption,and achieve green refrigeration effects.This paper concludes with a proposal to promote big data technology in the refrigeration field in order to promote digital transformation,improve the intelligence level of refrigeration systems,and provide strong support for the sustainable development of the refrigeration industry in the future.
