摘要
本文主要从材料特性、设计方案、生产工艺等方面研究电机用铝线代替铜线工艺技术在吸油烟机产品上的应用,研究通过合理的设计和其他创新工艺及辅助材料的应用,来有效解决铝线电机运转过程中发热温升、效率和寿命等难题,使铝线电机在吸油烟机产品领域上的应用更加安全可靠.
Abstract
This paper mainly studies the application of aluminum wire instead of copper wire technology in range hood products from the aspects of material characteristics,design scheme and production process,and strives to effectively solve the problems of heating temperature rise,efficiency and service life in the operation of aluminum wire electrical machine through reasonable design and other innovative processes and the application of auxiliary materials,so as to make the application of aluminum wire motor in the field of range hood products more safe and reliable.
