摘要
根据PVC材料的特性和生产工艺,PVC材料一般由PVC树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂、抗氧剂和填料等成分组成.这些组分会影响材料的各项使用性能,对于生产企业的原材料开发和回收利用有着重要的参考意义.本文通过使用红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、气质联用仪,采用一定的化学前处理和分析方法,对已知配料的PVC材料进行分析,通过测试结果和已知成分的比较,制定PVC材料成分的定性定量分析方法.
Abstract
According to the charateristic and production technology of PVC material,PVC materials are generally composed of components such as PVC resin,plasticizers,stabilizers,antioxidants,and fillers.These components will influence the performance of material.It has important reference significance for the development and recycling of raw materials in production enterprises.This passage using FTIR、TG、GC-MS,with some chemical pretreatment,analyses the certain component of PVC material,by comparing test results with certain component,make the qualitative and quantitative analyse method of PVC material.
