The problem of steam oven leakage is one of the core difficulties of the industry,and the reliability of the door sealing system is an important indicator of product quality.This paper from the scheme design confirmation,and then the actual test verification,repeated analysis,verification and improvement,to solve various anomalies in the test.The problems are all connected.The sealing performance of the door is mainly related to the structure of the door,the flatness of the door glass,the riveting height of the front plate of the cavity,the design interference amount of the seal ring,the hardness of the seal ring,the aging deformation of the seal ring,the size control of the seal ring,the size of the chamber air pressure,etc.Solving the problem of door leakage is a systematic project,and each module needs a reasonable and effective plan to control it.By controlling the flatness of the door glass,the size of the front plate sealing slot is checked by the check tool and the riveting height of the cavity is controlled within the tolerance range.According to the actual situation,the sealing ring is designed and tested,the sealing edge thickness of the sealing ring is appropriately increased,the proper sealing ring hardness value is selected,the reasonable opening force is prepared,and the batch dimensional stability of the sealing ring is checked and controlled with the tooling.Finally,solve the important technical problems of steam oven leakage.
