Nowadays,the air conditioning market is developing rapidly,and air conditioning has become one of the main electrical appliances in commercial,factory,residential and other production and living places.In addition to the vast map of our country,the climatic conditions are diverse,the motor working environment used in different places is often very different.Due to the wide range of motor applications and diverse application environments,both home improvement users and commercial projects must improve reliability to adapt to various application environments.According to market feedback and research information,it is found that the reliability of the motor,the key component of air conditioner,is particularly important,and in-depth research on this aspect can effectively improve the reliability of the motor unit and the overall air conditioning equipment.At present,in industrial production,life travel and other aspects are inseparable from the important role of the motor.And different uses of the motor has a different focus.For example,the new energy automobile industry pays more attention to performance parameters such as speed and torque,and the HVAC equipment industry pays more attention to comfort indicators such as motor operating noise.This paper mainly discusses the causes of motor noise in HVAC equipment,and makes an in-depth exploration of the common micro-wear problems in noise problems,and analyzes the main mechanism of micro-wear,adverse effects and the corresponding optimization methods in the industry.
