Exploration and Research on Microbes Clean Air Delivery Rate Test Method
The current domestic air cleaner product standard system mainly evaluates the purification performance of microbial aerosols such as bacteria and viruses based on the spatial removal rate. However, most mainstream air purification products on the market can reach 99.9%,which makes it difficult for consumers to distinguish between the high and low purification capacity of microbiota, which is not conducive to reasonable selection for consumers who have the demand for microbial purification scenarios. This study combines the principle of the traditional GB/T 18801"attenuation method"for clean air volume and the GB 21551.3-2010 sterilization rate test method to propose a highly reproducible and low-cost Microbes Clean Air Delivery Rate(MCADR)test method, filling the gap in domestic microbial clean air volume test methods and providing a new direction for improving the evaluation indicators of microbial purification performance in the national standard system of air purification products.
