Optimization and Performance Analysis of Sealing Structure for Rolling Bearings
The influence of sealing lip structure on the sealing performance of rubber dust cover of deep groove ball bearings was simulated and analyzed using finite element numerical method.Based on this,the sealing structure was optimized,and the effect of rotational speed on the sealing after structural optimization was analyzed.The results show that as the axial and radial interference of the sealing lip increases,the contact pressure and friction stress of the sealing lip increase;As the contact width of the sealing lip increases,the contact pressure and friction stress of the lip decrease;After determining the optimization plan,an increase in rotational speed will cause an increase in the temperature of the sealing lip,but a change in rotational speed does not affect the performance of the optimized dust cover seal.
