摘要
空调新风模块的噪音问题在开发过程中时常遇到,针对某款柜式新风空调器新风模块异音问题,本文对离心风道异音产生的机理进行了归纳总结,提出由共振产生的噪音的改进方案,借助CFD分析软件进行仿真分析,提出涡流异音的改进方案,打样测试验证改善效果较明显.
Abstract
The noise problem of the fresh air module in the air conditioning system is often encountered during the development process.In response to the abnormal noise problem of a certain Floor-standing type fresh air conditioner's fresh air module,this article summarizes the mechanism of the abnormal noise generated by the centrifugal duct,proposes an improvement solution for the noise generated by resonance,uses CFD software for simulation analysis,and proposes an improvement solution for abnormal noise of eddy flow.Sample test verifies that the improvement effect is significant.
