关于皮肤毛发护理器具警告符号新旧版标准要求的对比研究

摘要
鉴于GB/T 4706.15标准发布在即,为了更好地实现标准版本过渡,本文通过对比GB 4706.15-2008、IEC 60335-2-23:2003、2019与即将发布的GB/T 4706.15标准,研究其中对"禁止在水附近使用"警告符号的要求得出新旧版标准对警告符号的要求间的差异,探讨变更目的以及变化给消费者、生产商的影响,总结出新旧版标准中对警告符号的组成、颜色、施加位置、施加方式等方面的要求,基于以上的变化,生产商方面可能会出现生产方法受限、生产成本提高的情况.
Abstract
In view of the GB/T 4706.15 standard is about to be published, in order to better realize the transition of the standard version, this paper compares GB 4706.15-2008, IEC 60335-2-23:2003, 2019 with the upcoming GB/T 4706.15 standard, analyses the different requirements for warning symbols of "Do no use near water" in the old and new edition standards, and discusses the purpose of the change and the impact of the change on consumers and manu-facturers, and summarizes the requirements of the old and new versions of the standard regarding the composition, color, application position and application method of the warning symbols, based on the above changes, manufacturer may ex-perience limited production methods and higher production costs.
