Research and Solution for Rust Issues in Water Dispenser Cooling Tanks
This article focuses on the issue of rust discovered during water inspection on the production line of compo-nents within water dispenser's cold tanks. It begins by outlining the primary causes leading to rust formation in these cold tanks, with a particular emphasis on the impact of water quality factors during line inspections. Further, it proposes practical and feasible solutions, which entail optimizing the water dispenser's manufacturing processes and environ-ment, as well as employing a sealant gap filling technique, all aimed at effectively preventing and resolving the rust problem in water dispenser cold tanks.
