Research on Obstacle Avoidance Test and Evaluation Method of Mobile Service Robots
A method of obstacle avoidance test and evaluation for mobile service robot based on image capture and force sensor automatic monitoring is studied, a test system is built to measure the minimum obstacle avoidance distance, the maximum force of a single collision and the average force parameters of a collision, the flow chart of obstacle avoid-ance test and evaluation for mobile service robot is given, and the feasibility and validity of the method are proved by the analysis and validation of the test data. This method provides a reference for the test and evaluation of obstacle avoidance function of mobile service robot.
