摘要
本文评价家用燃气灶具可靠性的两个基本指标,分别是耐久性和平均首次故障时间(MTTF),对整机耐久性评价方法,按热应力影响和机械应力影响分别采用相应的试验方法进行验证;而对整机的故障率验证则是利用统计试验方法进行,根据失效机理分析和实践经验,在MTTF评价过程中只考核机械应力的影响.
Abstract
In this paper, two basic indicators for evaluating the reliability of domestic gas cooking appliances are durability and MTTF. The durability evaluation method of the appliance is verified by the corresponding test methods according to the influence of thermal stress and mechanical stress. The failure rate verification of the appliance is carried out by statistical test method. According to the failure mechanism analysis and practical experience, only the influence of mechanical stress is examined in the MTTF evaluation process.
