Unsatisfactory Analysis of the Shortest Path for Creepage Distance and Clearance Measurement
Creepage distance and clearance are the basic parameters for electrical product safety testing, which play a crucial role in preventing insulation breakdown and dangerous electric shock in electrical products. However, this project often fails to meet the standards in the annual market supervision and spot checks of household appliances . This article combines standard difference analysis to summarize and analyze the unqualified results of the multi-round proficiency testing of creepage distance and clearance test conducted by CVC Testing Technology Co., Ltd. The main reasons for the unqualified shortest path of creepage distance and clearance measurement are studied, in order to improve the ability level of relevant practitioners and enhance the safety and quality of electrical products.
