The hinge spring is the main bearing part of the rice cooker product,and the life reliability verification cycle is long.Based on the accelerated life test theory,this paper carried out fracture analysis,finite element simulation,ac-celerated life test and so on.The results show that there is a significant negative linear relationship between the fatigue life logarithmic characteristic value and the test bending frequency,and a life test model with double acceleration ef-fect was established.Compared with the original scheme,the test time required by the 0.33 Hz scheme and the 0.50 Hz scheme reduced by～69%and～88%respectively,which significantly alleviates the pain point of the shortage of testing resources in the quality department.
