电饭煲铰链弹簧加速寿命试验技术研究

铰链弹簧是电饭煲产品的主要承载部件,寿命可靠性验证周期较长,本文基于加速寿命试验理论,开展了断口分析、有限元模拟以及加速寿命试验等工作,结果显示疲劳寿命对数特征值与试验折弯频率之间存在显著的负相关线性关系,并建立了一种具有双重加速效应的寿命试验模型,相比原始方案,0.33 Hz方案和 0.50 Hz方案所需测试时长分别降低~69%和~88%,显著缓解了品质部门测试资源紧张的痛点问题.
Study on Accelerated Life Test Technology of Hinge Spring of Rice Cooker
The hinge spring is the main bearing part of the rice cooker product,and the life reliability verification cycle is long.Based on the accelerated life test theory,this paper carried out fracture analysis,finite element simulation,ac-celerated life test and so on.The results show that there is a significant negative linear relationship between the fatigue life logarithmic characteristic value and the test bending frequency,and a life test model with double acceleration ef-fect was established.Compared with the original scheme,the test time required by the 0.33 Hz scheme and the 0.50 Hz scheme reduced by~69%and~88%respectively,which significantly alleviates the pain point of the shortage of testing resources in the quality department.
