Research on 400 V DC Socket-Outlets for Household and Similar Purposes
Currently,developing power supply interfaces for DC household appliance,especially 400 V DC socket-out-lets that meet national standards in terms of size and safety for high-power DC household appliances,is an urgent need for promoting the popularization of high-power DC household appliances,and also the responsibility of the socket-out-lets industry.By analyzing the generation and extinguishing mechanism of arc during the insertion and extraction of DC plugs and socket-outlets,analyzing the characteristics and applicability of common arc extinguishing technologies,and according to user insertion and extraction operation habits,an arc protection technology scheme of"instantaneous self resetting mechanical interlocking switch+electronic arc extinguishing"which is suitable for 400 V DC socket-outlets for household and similar purposes is proposed.Based on relevant national standards of DC plugs and sockets for household and similar purposes,a series of 400 V DC socket-outlets products for household and similar purposes have been devel-oped.The third-party test results indicate that the technical parameters and performance indicators of the product meet the requirements of relevant national standards.After the product was launched on the market,user feedback states that the product is easy to operate,safe and reliable.
