摘要

能力验证是通过实验室间比较,按照相关标准对参加实验室的检测过程及结果进行评估,是一种提高第三方检测机构报告可靠性的工具.能力验证是评价实验室质量水平的一部分,能够建立实验室内部和实验室之间检测项目能力水平高低的体系.能力验证还可以发现有问题的实验室检测程序,帮助第三方实验室启动改进措施.为了了解相关企业在塑料拉伸性能测定的检测能力,本机构于 2023 年组织实施了项目编号为CVC2023PM02 塑料拉伸性能测定能力验证计划,本次计划通过作业指导书统一规定试验要求和检测参数,通过z/z'比分数对实验室返回的拉伸强度和拉伸强度拉伸应变进行评价,对有问题和不满意的实验室提出几点技术分析建议.

Abstract

Proficiency testing is to evaluate the testing process and results of the participating laboratories according to the relevant standards through the comparison between laboratories.It is a tool to improve the reporting reliability of third-party testing institutions.Proficiency testing is a part of evaluating the quality level of the laboratory,which can establish a system to test the ability level of projects within and between laboratories.Proficiency testing can also iden-tify problematic laboratory testing procedures and help third-party laboratories initiate improvement measures.In order to understand the testing ability of relevant enterprises in the determination of plastic tensile properties,the organiza-tion organized and implemented the project CVC2023PM02 plastic tensile property testing proficiency testing scheme in 2023.This plan uniformly specifies the test requirements and testing parameters through the work instruction,and evaluates the tensile strength and tensile strain at tensile strength returned by the laboratory through the ratio score.This paper puts forward some technical analysis suggestions for the laboratories with problems and dissatisfaction.
