基于材料特性数据库、机器视觉、机器学习等技术与CNC系统构成闭环,实现生产过程的深度自主感知和运行优化.通过检测板材特性与国际标准值之间的差异、检测工艺折弯过程与标准制件之间的差异,从而动态调整折弯模条的动作,实现不同材质和形状零件从首件到批量生产产品质量的持续一致和高效.
Development of Adaptive CNC Bending Equipment Based on Material and Process Characteristics
Based on material characteristic databases,machine vision,machine learning and other technologies,a closed-loop CNC system is formed to achieve deep autonomous perception and operational optimization of the produc-tion process. By detecting the differences between the characteristics of the sheet metal and international standard val-ues,as well as the differences between the bending process and standard parts,the action of the bending tooling can be dynamically adjusted to achieve continuous consistency in product quality and efficiency from the first piece to mass production for parts with different materials and shapes.
