Selection and Research of Thermal Conductive Silicone Grease for Household Appliances
As a thermal interface material,thermal grease can significantly reduce the interface thermal resistance and improve the heat dissipation capacity of electronic components. The researchers analyzed and evaluated the thermal grease,including the qualitative of the main material composition of the base oil,the quantitative of the type,particle size and content of the filler,and the thermal decomposition temperature of the thermal grease. Combined with the actual use of thermal silicone grease,the key technologies such as oil separation,thermal conductivity,long-term high temperature,volume resistivity and corrosion are studied,and an effective thermal silicone grease selection evaluation system is es-tablished through research.
