薄型化蜗壳结构设计是推动超薄吸油烟机产品向轻量化、薄型化、美观化发展的关键步骤.因为随蜗壳厚度压缩,会导致叶片高度减少,意味着叶片迎风面积的降低,整体性能也随之下降,所以薄型蜗壳内部不合理的电机支架结构更容易使流场紊乱,增加湍流,导致性能损失.本文以不同工况进行仿真模拟计算,为蜗壳底部结构设计提供基本依据.
Analysis and Optimization of Flow Field Characteristics of Thin Volute Bottom Structure
The structural design of thin volute is a key step to push the development of ultra-thin exhaust hood prod-ucts towards lightweight,thin and beautiful. As the thickness of the volute compresses,the height of the blade decreases,which means that the wind-facing area of the blade decreases,and the overall performance of the blade also decreases. Therefore,the unreasonable structure of the motor bracket inside the thin volute makes the flow field more likely to be turbulent,increase turbulence,resulting in performance loss. In this paper,the simulation of different working conditions for the volute bottom structure design to provide a basis.
