针对售后反馈的某型家用双冷源新风除湿机在运行过程中出现的客厅回风口噪声大、机组钣金低频"嗡嗡声"、轻微低频共振音等噪声问题,使用丹麦Brüel&Kjær公司生产的2250型手持式振动噪声测试仪分别测量现场辐射噪声、钣金振动加速度数据,运用声学、振动基础知识及主观评价分析问题的根因并提出相应的减振降噪方案:①客厅回风口噪声大的根因在于施工方未铺设消音风道段,铺设后噪声值降低了10 dB(A);②机组钣金低频"嗡嗡声"的根因在于风机零部件缺损失效引起的风机动不平衡,更换风机后振动响应降低了约40%;③轻微共振音的根因在于吊装系统发生了共振,改变风机转速后,共振消失,音质可接受.
Analysis and Improvement of Abnormal Noise in Dual Cold Source Fresh Air Dehumidifier
In response to feedback from after-sales service,a certain type of household dual cold source fresh air dehu-midifier encountered noise problems during operation,such as high noise from the living room return air outlet,low-fre-quency "buzzing" sound from the unit's sheet metal,and slight low-frequency resonance sound,measured on-site radiated noise and sheet metal vibration acceleration data using the 2250 handheld vibration and noise tester produced by Brüel&Kjær company in Denmark,using basic knowledge of acoustics,vibration,and subjective evaluation to ana-lyze the root causes of problems and propose corresponding vibration and noise reduction solutions:① The root cause of the high noise in the living room return air duct is that the construction party did not install a sound-absorbing duct sec-tion,which reduced the noise value by 10 dB (A) after installation;②The root cause of the low-frequency buzzing sound in the sheet metal of the unit is the imbalance of the fan caused by the failure of the fan components. After replacing the fan,the vibration response decreased by about 40%;③ The root cause of slight resonance sound lies in the resonance of the lifting system. After changing the fan speed,the resonance disappears and the sound quality is acceptable.
