摘要

传统的家用空调驱动电机与负载之间是通过螺钉固定的机械连接方式.永磁涡流传动器作为一种空调领域新型非接触软连接的传动结构,具有可靠稳定、空载启动、防震动等优点.通过研究永磁涡流传动器的基本结构及工作原理,利用Ansoft仿真软件从气隙、铜盘厚度、永磁体厚度、永磁体极数等结构参数研究对扭矩的影响,对健康空调器的整体架构设计具有指导意义.

Abstract

Traditional home air conditioning drive motors are mechanically connected to the load through screws.The permanent magnet eddy current drive as a new non-contact soft connection transmission structure in the air condition-ing field has the advantages of reliable stability,no-load starting,and anti-vibration.By studying the basic structure and working principle of the permanent magnet eddy current drive,the influence of structural parameters such as air gap,copper disc thickness,permanent magnet thickness,and number of pole pairs on torque was studied using simulation software.This has guiding significance for the overall architecture design of healthy air conditioners.
