基于数值分析方法,完成房车空调室内侧风道数值计算,结果显示:仿真结果与实验结果吻合性良好,偏差6.7%,可满足工程需求.同时室内侧风机出口完成优化,实现同转速下风量提高4.6%,有利于通过降低空调风机转速进行降噪或者提高系统换热能力保证出口温度,两者均能提高房车内舒适度.
Optimization of Indoor Side Air Outlet of RV Air Conditioner Based on CFD
Based on CFD numerical analysis method,the numerical calculation of RV air conditioning indoor side duct is completed.The simulation outcomes exhibit a strong correlation with the experimental data,as indicated by the analy-sis,with a deviation of 6.7%,which can meet the engineering requirements.At the same time,the outlet of the indoor side fan is optimized to achieve a 4.6% increase in air volume at the same speed,which is conducive to noise reduction by reducing the speed of the air conditioner fan or improving the heat exchange capacity of the system to ensure the out-let temperature,both of which can improve the comfort inside the RV.
