健康家电材料的抗菌性能与检测方法评价

本文对健康家电材料的抗菌性能进行了检测与评价.通过GB/T 21551.2-2010附录B吸收法和GB/T 21510-2008附录B振荡法,以金黄色葡萄球菌(AS 1.89)和大肠埃希氏菌(AS 1.90)为指示菌株,分别对健康家电加湿器产品的过滤网进行抗菌性能测试.检测结果表明:使用GB/T 21551.2-2010附录B吸收法和GB/T 21510-2008附录B振荡法的检测方法检测加湿器过滤网抗菌材料,金黄色葡萄球菌(AS 1.89)和大肠埃希氏菌(AS 1.90)的抗菌效果均>99.9%.研究表明健康家电产品的材料抗菌性能可根据产品特性选择合适的抗菌标准检测方法,均能有效评价健康家电材料的抗菌性能,对健康家电材料生产企业送检抗菌材料的性能检测具有参考意义.
Evaluation of Antibacterial Properties and Detection Methods of Antibacterial Home Appliance Materials and Components
In this paper,the antibacterial properties of antibacterial materials for healthy household appliances were studied and evaluated.According to GB/T 21551.2-2010 absorption method and GB/T 21510-2008 antibacterial performance test method,using Staphylococcus aureus (AS 1.89) and Escherichia coli (AS 1.90) as indicator strains,the antibacterial properties of the filter of humidifier of health household appliances were tested by oscillating method.The test results show that:Special requirements for antibacterial materials using GB/T 21551.2-2010 absorption method and GB/T 21510-2008,the antibacterial properties of the material were tested by oscillating method.The antibacterial effects of Staphylococcus aureus (AS 1.89) and Escherichia coli (AS 1.90) were both>99.9%.The research shows that the antibacterial properties of healthy home appliance materials can be effectively evaluated by selecting appropriate antibacterial standard detection methods according to product characteristics,which has guiding significance for the antibacterial materials submitted by healthy home appliance material manufacturers.
