针对现有投影仪在梯形校正以及对焦技术中,同时实现对焦以及梯形校正要使用双目摄像头或其他传感器多次成像计算,投影仪开机调整时间长,使用复杂提升,易用性降低等问题.现提出一种基于ToF(Time of Flight)+单目摄像头自动实现对焦以及梯形矫正的方法.通过引入ToF测距引导步进马达实现快速对焦,通过几何光学建模,辅助计算投影面的真实形变投影图像实现图像校正.实验结果表明,该方法能以低廉的硬件成本,简单的计算方法快速完成投影仪系统的开机自适应调整.
Automatic Focus Correction Method for Projector based on ToF+Monocular Camera
In view of the trapezoidal correction and focusing technology of existing projectors,achieving focus and trap-ezoidal correction at the same time requires the use of binocular cameras or other sensors for multiple imaging calcula-tions.The projector startup adjustment time is long,the use is complicated,and the ease of use is reduced.A method to automatically achieve focus and trapezoidal correction based on ToF(Time of Flight)+monocular camera is now proposed.By introducing ToF ranging to guide the stepper motor to achieve fast focusing,geometric optical modeling is used to assist in calculating the true deformation projection image of the projection surface to achieve image correction.Experimental results show that this method can quickly complete the startup adaptive adjustment of the projector system with low hardware cost and simple calculation method.
