微焰燃烧技术在小体积燃气热水器上的研究与应用

本文主要针对燃气热水器中现有燃烧器火焰高度高、燃烧系统体积大等问题进行了测试分析,并采用数值分析与实验验证相结合的手段,提出了相应的优化方案.通过对燃烧器引射段、头部、火口形状的重新设计,提出了微焰燃烧技术,并实现了火焰高度降低25%以上.并通过设计无盘管风冷降温燃烧系统,以及对燃烧系统的一、二次空气系数、火焰均匀性等进行了优化,实现了燃烧系统体积缩小,使微焰燃烧技术应用在小体积燃气热水器上.
Research and Application of Micro Flame Combustion Technology in Small Size Gas Water Heaters
This article mainly focuses on testing and analyzing the problems of high flame height and large size for combustion system in current gas water heaters,and proposes corresponding optimization solutions by combining nu-merical analysis and experimental verification.Through the redesign of the injector section,head,and burner shape of the burner,the micro-flame combustion technology was proposed,and the flame height was reduced by more than 25%.By designing a coil-free air cooling combustion system and optimizing the primary and secondary air coefficients and flame uniformity of the combustion system,the volume of the combustion system was reduced,enabling the application of micro-flame combustion technology in small-size gas water heaters.
