一种直流变频烟机控制方法的应用研究

目前直流变频烟机常用的控制方法是根据烟机的最大风量和最大静压要求,标定出烟机在不同背压下的电流-转速风量曲线,通过调用风量曲线实现不同风道阻力下风量和静压的自适应控制.但对于新国标提出的新指标工作噪声限制要求,则无法满足.噪音控制要求电机在特定背压下的转速不能过高,这就打破了原有的电流-转速曲线的单调性.在加入噪声要求后,风量数据是电流V形数据,转速为递增型数据.如果继续沿用原有的控制策略,容易产生工况识别错误导致烟机出现功率来回振荡、风量不稳等问题,导致用户体验感差.本文基于解决以上问题开展新的直流变频烟机控制方法的应用研究.通过对原有控制策略优化和应用实验的验证.有效解决现有技术中因电流和转速不匹配导致的功率来回振荡、风量不稳等问题,在满足新国标工作噪音要求前提下,提高烟机控制准确性.
Application Research of A Control Method for DC Variable Frequency Range Hood
At present,the common control method of DC variable frequency range hood is to calibrate the current-speed air volume curve of the smoke machine under different back pressure according to the maximum air volume and maximum static pressure requirements,and realize the adaptive control of air volume and static pressure under different air duct resistance by invoking the air volume curve.But for the new national standard put forward the new indicators of noise limit requirements,it can not meet.Noise control requires that the speed of the motor under a specific back pres-sure cannot be too high,which breaks the monotony of the original current-speed curve.After adding the noise require-ment,the air volume data is the current V-shaped data,and the speed is the incremental data.If the original control strategy continues to be used,it is easy to cause problems such as power oscillation and air volume instability in the smoke machine,resulting in poor user experience.Based on solving the above problems,this paper carries out the appli-cation research of the new control method of DC variable frequency range hood.Through the optimization of the original control strategy and application experiment verification.Effectively solve the problems of power oscillation and air vol-ume instability caused by current and speed mismatch in the prior art,and improve the accuracy of smoke control under the premise of meeting the working noise requirements of the new national standard.
